The location is great.... close to HWY 36 access, the bus lines, bike path and a shopping center but nestled away enough to have a great neighborhood feel. Bobolink trail, huge fields, dog parks out the back door. The complex is full of families and mature adults so noise and privacy are never an issue. Nearest major cross streets are Baseline and Foothills parkway. Also its one of the best locations within the complex (away from street with close parking). The acting landlord will be my father in law who is only 2 blocks away for quick response to anything. Overall its a great place which is why we plan to keep it while we are gone instead of selling. We prefer no undergraduate students but will consider with interview. Available June. 1st for $1450/month for 12 month lease with $1450 refundable security deposit.
